The Spain Tech Center, a space conceived as "business accelerator" will come into operation on 1 July and will host 35 Spanish companies.

Spanish entrepreneurs already have a space from which access to the main global technology market size and dynamism. The opening of the Technology Innovation Centre-Spain-Tech Center in Silicon Valley, is the largest space for innovation in the world, is confirmation that the Spanish industry is one of the best moments of competitiveness.
The presentation of this new center was held on Monday at the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade by the Secretary of State for Telecommunications and Information Society and president of Red.es, Juan Junquera, President of Banesto Foundation Antonio Basagoiti and executive vice president of ICEX, Fernando Salazar.
This new space "business accelerator" will come into operation on 1 July in Space Rocket in the Soma district of San Francisco (California). Initially, facilities to host up to 35 companies simultaneously, you will enjoy this area of work, training and coaching for a period of six months. Florida is one of the major exporting states of the country's leading sectors such as tourism, bioscience and high-growth industries
The Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX) in coordination with PROMOMADRID, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Madrid and the Madrid Business Confederation (CISM), organizes the seminar "Business Opportunities for Spanish companies in Florida and Georgia" to be held on 30 June in Madrid. The meeting will be attended by the economic adviser to the Sr.Mario Buisán.
Florida is the fourth most populous state and the fourth U.S. economy. It is the second state with better business environment, especially for its excellent fiscal condition and its potential for job creation. It also highlights its role as a link with Latin America, both its location and have more than 21% Hispanic population. Regarding foreign investment, Florida concentrates more than 5% of North America, and currently is the most Spanish companies concentrated.
Cities like Orlando and Jacksonville offer many opportunities for investors. Orlando is the largest city in Central Florida, and one of the major tourist destinations worldwide. In addition, the city has young workers and qualified a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a deeply innovative technology sector. Jacksonville, meanwhile, is the largest city in the continental United States, and its location, climate, very good quality of life and business environment, transform it into one of the cities with the highest potential and dynamism of the country, both for individuals and businesses.
